Wondering why I always feel sleepy, no matter how much I’ve slept… :/
But It finished today… I had Cherioos & milk for breakfast, then 1 orange, 1 apple & a small chocolate. I washed all my dirty clothes & did half an hour on the bike. Then I ate a granola bar & yogurt… After that I walked to the mall with my little sister & a friend to look for celphones… then we came back to home and the food was some ham with pinneaple, spinach, cranberries, nuts & cheese salad with honey mustard dressing & a pepsi kick. I think I’m gonna have soup for dinner :)

Today is my birthday and I woke up around 5:00 a.m., something I haven’t done a long time ago. So, I’m very proud.
My mom made me an natural orange juice and then I had a healthy breakfast (oatmeal, a banana, yogurt, granola & green chai tea)… and my little sister gave me, as a present, a pretty tiny tea cup, and I filled it with coffee.
I have to recognize I still feel a bit sleepy, but I already exercised 30 minutes on the stationary bike, so it’s worth… I’m gonna see if I can get pretty before going to work… This is gonna be a beauty day :)
I just want to recommend to use MUSTARD as dressing. It’s totally delicious and has only 10 calories in 100 g… Right now I finished eating my chicken & pita bread sandwich and it tasted like heaven… I think it was mainly the combination of spinach & mustard what made it special, yummy yummy!
So this is my bedroom after going out 4 nights in a row… OMG! WHAT HAVE I DONE???
Cleaning it right now.

S1: Melon, strawberries, kiwi & grapes w/ yogurt, cereal, granola, raisins, coconut & nuts.
L: 1/2 pita bread filled w/ chicken breast, iceberg lettuce, alfalfa (does somebody know the word in english???), orange, philly cheese & sunflower seeds. Chai mango Clight water.
S2: Nutrigrain bar. Chai tea. 1 lemon cookie.
D: Tortilla soup w/ some cream & cotija cheese. Small sandwich w/ garlic bread, ham, lettuce, tomato, mayo & mustard.
S3: Watermelon & jicama w/ chamoy. 2 khudary w/ almonds.
